The LNCI Consortium is pleased to announce the results of the Capstone Education Committee Report completed by four Master of Public Administration students from the University of Illinois at Chicago Department of Public Administration College of Urban Planning and Public Affairs (Capstone).

The Capstone students assessed the strengths and weaknesses of the current organizational structure and determined what enhancements are necessary for the Consortium to continue. In addition, the students offered how the Consortium could be organized and presented ideas for the next stages of development. A strength, weakness, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) analysis was conducted and an overwhelming positive feedback of 83% of interviewees want the LNCI Consortium to continue since members feel the need for the Consortium still exists in the community.  Read the entire Capstone report.
